Henry, you wrote: Carina: Once again, neither I nor anyone can answer your question until you define late stage/3/chronic Lyme disease. Re: PA to Consider LD Proposal on Dec. 14, 2011

Hello Bagge! You can call me special Carina if you like! Do you really think that I need any more info about this? Maybe you (and Spanky and Henry and so on) just want to discuss the wrong thing for many more years? But I my eyes it is a terrible wast of time. I want to discuss the real problem inst...

Henry, you wrote: What you say is absolute nonsense; the pathology of syphilis is completely different from that of Lyme disease, which is rather minimal in non-human primates whose central nervous system has been infected for long periods of time by Borrelia. So, when you compared Lyme with Syphili...

Re: PA to Consider LD Proposal on Dec. 14, 2011

I do NOT refer to any patients!

I refer to a study (that are used in our Swedish recommendation) on cases with late/stage 3/chronic European Lyme!

And stick to what this discussion is about, don't try to start a discussion about something else!

This is a discussion about late/stage 3/chronic Lyme!

Re: PA to Consider LD Proposal on Dec. 14, 2011

I am sorry if I was hard on you, again Henry!

But this is a discussion about more hard-to-cure Lyme! Not about different definitions, not about "it can be something else" and so on.

Lets only talk about more hard-to-cure late/stage 3/chronic active, uncured Lyme (or whatever you want call it)!

Re: PA to Consider LD Proposal on Dec. 14, 2011

Hello Henry! So when you talked about Syphilis (in another topic) you didn't know the difference between early and late Syphilis? And you could have talked about something else "with similar symptoms", instead of Syphilis? Ok, that explain why you gave us the wrong info! ;) Yes, you are right, there...

Re: PA to Consider LD Proposal on Dec. 14, 2011

I forgot a very important thing! It can take a while (if you already suffer from a late/stage 3-Lyme) until you experience any improvement, so the treatment must be long an good enough. This is something they need to do good treatment studies on, too. As I also have said before! :D So, they/we all k...

Bagge you wrote: Carina, Wikipedia is a wonderful tool, but it is not a substitute for a medical dictionary. Re: PA to Consider LD Proposal on Dec. 14, 2011

I say it again! If we are talking about more hard-to-cure late/chronic/stage 3-Lyme, then talk about (and give us studies on) late/chronic/stage-3 Lyme! Nothing else! The Klempner studie/studies (as you can see in their own info!!!) is on cases who (first) had treatment for early/acute Lyme! Not lat...
